ORDERING

All quotes are valid for 30 days, and prices may be subject to change without notice.

LEAD TIMES
Our quoted lead times are estimates only; we try our best to take into account all factors when providing these timelines but cannot account for every possible outcome. Estimated lead times vary depending on product and all pieces are made-to-order. Estimated lead times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details.

ALL SALES
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Estimated lead times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details. Products must be paid in full prior to shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We offer limited customization within our line of furniture. Quotes for custom inquiries typically take 1 - 3 business days to procure, and are subject to up-charges based on size, configuration, and finish. Estimated lead times on custom orders begin when all details have been approved. Please contact us directly for customization inquiries.

MATERIALS
Our products are made from high quality natural materials. Each board of wood is hand chosen and subject to unique characteristics that may vary from what is represented on our website, in our samples, and in our photography. Naturally occurring variations such as changes in tone, grain pattern and minor checks, knots, inclusions are not considered defects.
All of our finishes are hand applied, and some of our metals are unsealed. Sealed metals will not change in appearance overtime. Unsealed metals will patina and therefore change with time. These “live” metal finishes will pick up traces of the life lived around them - oxygen, water, oils, and fingerprints will cause changes in the coloration of unsealed metal surfaces making each item unique overtime.

SAMPLES
We are happy to provide samples of any of our standard finishes, but ask that they be returned to us in the pre-paid envelope provided.

WARRANTY
Our items are guaranteed for one year against any mechanical defects or technical failures. Should an issue arise with your product please inform us and we will replace or repair the defective component/item. We cannot be held responsible for the following: changes / patina to the surface of unsealed metals, damage caused by improper care or cleaning solutions, damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environmental conditions, damage caused by improper assembly or installation, damage caused by typical wear and tear including but not limited to scratches, dents, etching or stains.
Please inspect packages upon delivery. If upon receiving your new item you discover a defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix the problem. Damages must be documented and reported within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages report after the 48 hour window. In the case that damage occurred during shipment, packaging must be retained in order for the claim to be successfully processed. If you are not happy with your purchase for other reasons, please let us know why. We stand behind all our products and will work with you to determine the best solution.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY
A shipping/delivery quote will be provided based on your location. We currently offer white glove delivery within the greater Rhode Island area. We are happy to arrange shipping to most parts of the United States. All merchandise must be paid in full prior to pick-up or shipment. Finished merchandise must be collected promptly or storage fees may apply.

CARE
It’s best to avoid allowing water to sit on the surface for a prolonged period of time on our pieces. Avoid placing extremely hot items such as a kettle or pot directly onto the wood surface. Cleaning your piece can be done by wiping the surface with a damp cloth (soap if needed) followed immediately by a dry cloth. RETURN POLICY
Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges. Once your order is placed, cancellations will not be permitted.
